Triplex Circuit Training

The simplicity of circuit training makes this short class effective, fun and easy to do! Erika Quest uses 3 stations, 2 rounds and a team challenge to spice up the workout, create social interaction and enhance neuroplasticity. Each station is only 90 seconds, consisting of 3 exercises, 30 seconds each that increase muscle activation and intensity. The team challenges enhance mental and reaction times as well as intensity physically.
