Mindful Tabata

Joy Karley leads you through an intense yet mindful workout that starts with a complete warm up and then flies through 3 quick yet intense Tabatas and finishes you off with a well deserved cool down, all in under 30 minutes! Each Tabata is only 20-seconds of movement, followed by 10 seconds of recovery, 8 rounds each; a clever way of diverting your attention on the movement for short bursts, then relieving the mind for 10 seconds before completing another round.
