In this HIIT (High Intensity Interval/Intelligent Training) workout, Portia Page moves through an accelerated warm up right into 3 blocks of intense work before a light core workout and cool down. In less than 30-minutes you move through a quick Tabata track, a 1-minute challenge, and 10/10/maxout track of 3 rounds. Fun, good for all levels and effective! No props or equipment necessary. Working with short bursts of intensity offers great advantages for accelerated health and fitness gains such as reducing the risk factors for cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
