This short, yet intense workout by Joy Karley is guaranteed to challenge your mind and body in under 20 minutes. By moving through a variety of props, Joy keeps your mind busy on setting up and moving while she works out your body in a short, complete whole body workout. Joy uses the Orbit, TOGU ball, Smart Bells, MOTR and a light band to challenge every muscle, yet you can use whatever props are available to mimic the same workout flow.
